Preparing for the Graduate Records Examination (GRE)
The Graduate Record Examination (GRE), administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS), is a standardized test used for admission to many graduate schools in the United States. The exam measures verbal and quantitative reasoning, analytical writing, and critical thinking skills acquired over time. The GRE is offered as a computer-based adaptive exam, however, some test center may still offer a paper-based exam. You will need a good score on the GRE to be competitive in the admission process. It is important for you to understand how the test is set-up, how it is used in the admissions process, and how to prepare for the test.
